A new year often brings a new scam. We have been notified of a new scam targeting Connecticut LLCs. A form entitled “2018 – Annual Report Instruction Form (Connecticut LLCs”) sent via U.S postal services’ regular mail comes from Workplace Compliance Services, a fictitious agency. It requires a $110 annual report fee. THIS IS A SCAM. As we have alerted in the past, when in doubt, please reach out to us to confirm the validity of questionable notifications.
