Walter R. Fulton, CPA, MST Principal Walter R. (Bob) Fulton has been a tax professional for more than thirty-years having practiced with the Internal Revenue Service, Ernst & Young and Scillia Dowling & Natarelli where he held the position of Director of Tax Services. His extensive experience in taxation extends to individuals and industry comprising manufacturing, healthcare and professional service companies. He received a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of New Haven a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New Hampshire College. Currently, Mr. Fulton is serving on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). He is also a member of the tax division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the CSCPA where he chaired both, the Federal Tax Committee and the Federal Tax Forum Subcommittee. He has also served on several other committees.
