Health Benefits:
Our health insurance program provides for coverage under an HMO. The Firm currently contributes monthly toward premiums with employees paying a share of the cost.

Sick Leave:
To protect income during periods of sickness, the Firm offers a number of paid sick days a year.

Flexible Spending Account:
The Firm has established a plan that allows individuals to pay medical insurance premiums with pretax income.

Holidays:
Nine paid holidays each year.

Vacation:
Two weeks paid vacation for all full-time employees with service of one to five years. Three weeks vacation after five years.

401 (k) Retirement Plan:
All employees over age 21, with one year of service are eligible to contribute to a 401(k). Participation is voluntary.

Profit-sharing Plan:
We automatically enroll employees after one-year of service in the Firm's profit sharing plan, and make annual discretionary contributions.

Life Insurance:
The Firm pays in full for a life insurance plan that also covers spouses and dependent children with certain limits.

Career Counseling:
We have designed career counseling to be distinct from performance reviews, to help the individual decide a path they can follow in the Firm that will bring the most satisfaction.

Professional Societies:
The involvement in professional societies enhances personal growth and professional development. The Firm encourages individuals to join these organizations and reimburses membership fees.

CPA Examination Fees:
Upon successful completion of all four parts of the CPA exam, the Firm will reimburse the fee for taking the exam.

Bonus:
The Firm pays a bonus based on fees collected for the first two years of new business brought in by any employee.
